General Questions

Answers to some of our common questions

  • HOLIHEALTH is a holistic health company that provides personalized support to help people achieve their unique goals. Services include one-on-one nutrition coaching,  personal training, group coaching, and fitness programming.


  • Membership is the core of our philosophy. Our vision is to help you see results ,and many results are not seen overnight. We believe that a meaningful relationship is essential to healing and health progression. Our model allows for continuous care and the opportunity to work together over time at an affordable price.
  • With that being said, yes, you can work with HOLIHEALTH on an a la carte basis. Paying per session does not come with any messaging with Vanessa (only our administrative team)


  • For ad-hoc sessions (outside of a subscription), we require 48-business hours cancellation notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to a different date within 48-business hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session cost will be charged to the credit card on file. If you do not show up to your scheduled session (no-show), you will be charged the entire cost of the visit which will be charged to the credit card on file.
  • We are always trying to help our clients, and can be very understanding, but we ask that you respect our time as well and give advance notice if you plan on missing your session.


Billing Questions

  • Coaching subscriptions automatically renew each month and will be charged to the credit card on file. To discontinue your subscription, and thus access to your program, please email hello@holihealthmn.com 30 days prior to your renewal date. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your request. 


  • All purchases are final and once paid, all fees, including subscription fees, are non-refundable regardless of whether services are utilized, except as prohibited by applicable law. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit in one instance, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future. 


Subscription Questions

  • We aim to be your partner in health – whether you need a high five or have questions. 24/7 support for quick questions or recommendations is available for coaching clients through the HOLIHEALTH app. However, if a message is deemed too complicated to address through messaging, we might need to schedule a brief phone call to discuss. We try to return all messages within 24-48 business hours, as we do not have coverage on nights, weekends or holidays.
